Usage is recorded when the external application successfully completes the requested operation. This keeps billing connected to observable work instead of model tokens, prompts, tool searches, or opaque credits.

What counts as one Action?
One Action is one provider operation that Working Machines successfully completes. A successful Gmail send, CRM update, issue creation, or repository read counts once. Discovery and failed work do not count.
Do you charge per agent, connector, or user?
No. The published plans do not add a separate charge for each agent, MCP client, application, provider connection, or team member. Included successful Action volume and plan capabilities determine the charge.
What happens after the included volume?
Usage above the included monthly volume is billed at $0.20 per 1,000 successful Actions. Larger negotiated volumes and premium provider costs may use separate commercial terms shown before purchase.
Can I start without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan is intended for building and evaluating an agent workflow before choosing a paid plan.
