Terms for using Working Machines.

By creating an account, connecting an agent, purchasing a plan, or using the hosted Working Machines service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

A signed order form or enterprise agreement may add or replace terms for a specific customer. If an executed agreement conflicts with this public page, that agreement controls for the covered service.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Working Machines grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the hosted service for your internal business or development purposes during your subscription.

This hosted-service license does not transfer ownership of Working Machines technology, branding, provider catalogs, or documentation. Separate source-code repositories may use their own license files; those licenses apply only to the code they cover.

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting account access, and activity performed through your workspace. Connect only applications and accounts you own or are authorized to operate.

You must configure agents, scopes, connections, policies, and confirmation steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the work. Working Machines does not decide whether your intended use is lawful or permitted by a third-party application.

Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, evade provider controls, abuse third-party systems, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or perform activity prohibited by applicable law or the terms of a connected provider.

Do not probe or disrupt accounts, data, or infrastructure you do not own or have explicit permission to test. We may limit or suspend activity that creates a security, legal, abuse, availability, or payment risk.

Agent Apps call third-party services such as email, source control, commerce, CRM, communication, and cloud providers. Those providers control their accounts, APIs, data, limits, permissions, and availability, and their own terms continue to apply.

Working Machines may change or remove an integration when an upstream provider changes its API, permissions, commercial terms, or acceptable-use rules. We do not guarantee that every advertised action is available to every provider account, region, or plan.

You authorize Working Machines to process instructions and provider data as needed to deliver requested actions. Provider credentials remain inside the runtime credential boundary and are not intentionally returned to the agent as tool output.

Tool inputs and results may contain business or personal data and are not automatically anonymized. You are responsible for choosing model and provider settings appropriate for the data involved. See the Privacy page for the public data-flow description.

Published plans use successful external Actions as the billing unit. Current included volume, overage rates, and plan capabilities are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes, premium provider costs, custom infrastructure, and negotiated enterprise terms may be charged separately when disclosed.

Subscriptions renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not reverse usage already incurred. Refunds are provided only where required by law or stated in an applicable order form or checkout term.

The service may change as providers, protocols, and product capabilities evolve. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, policy enforcement, or security controls can delay or prevent an action. A healthy runtime does not guarantee that every third-party integration is healthy.

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised date. Material changes apply prospectively unless immediate application is needed to address security, legal, provider, or abuse risk.

Except where an executed agreement states otherwise, the service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that every action will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular workflow. Verify high-impact results in the system of record.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Working Machines is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by unauthorized agent instructions, third-party services, or data supplied by the customer. Any different liability allocation must be stated in an executed agreement.

You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement, using notice where reasonably practical.
